About Katie
Katie Honeywell is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who has practiced for more than thirteen years. She works with children, teens, and adults, and specializes in trauma, with particular depth in complex trauma, attachment, dissociation, and perinatal trauma. She is an EMDRIA certified therapist and a clinical supervisor, and she is completing her training as an EMDR consultant. Much of her work is with parents and families looking for more connected relationships. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and she brings a strengths-based lens, partnership, creativity, and humor into the room.
Katie is the site supervisor for our Lewes and Milton offices, and she is Business Development Director for both Trauma Specialists and its sister training institute. She cares about connecting with people across the community and about what trauma-informed workplaces make possible, both for the people who work in them and for the people they serve.
